For Sydney Metro, Greater Sydney, Central Coast and ACT deliveries we deliver using Last Mile Co.
We deliver Australia wide using either Allied Express, Toll or Couriers Please. Please note our couriers do not deliver to a PO Box address.
Delivery process
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days.
You will be notified once your order has been dispatched, shipping details will be supplied so you can track your order online.

VIC 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS
QLD 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS
SA 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS
WA/NT/TAS 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS
* For metro cities, regional areas may take slightly longer.
The courier driver will require a signature on delivery, so someone must be home to sign for the delivery.
If no one is home, a calling card will be left in your letter box with the courier's contact details.
You will need to contact them to reschedule another delivery day.
Insurance during transit
All our products are fully insured for damages during transit. If your product is damaged on arrival, please notify us immediately and we will organise a replacement for you. If the damage is clearly visible on arrival, please make a note of this on the delivery docket when signing for the delivery.
Store pickup
Pick up is available from our warehouse located in Sydney.

If you place your order online, we will contact you once your item is ready for collection.
Unfortunately at this stage, we do not have any pick up locations outside of Sydney.
Cancellations of "pay over time" orders may incur a cancellation fee as some providers do not refund merchant fees. We only charge the amount we are charged.
For your protection we offer free transit insurance on all orders. Should your item arrive damaged please let us know so we can provide you with the claims procedure.
Returns of larger items can be very expensive so please choose carefully. We are here to help with any questions you may have prior to ordering.
Due to some carrier restrictions there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please do not place an order if you are located in one of the postcodes below for all items. Please scroll down to bottom of page to check bulky item over 22kg (in dead weight or cubic weight) postcode exclusions. We try to ship all orders within 1 business day however it can take up to 3 business days. (This is more common in peak periods) Once you receive your tracking information most courier tracking sites will provide an ETA for delivery. We are unable to offer express or air shipping currently.
