Contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace or refund under our 12-month warranty. Transit damage is rare (under 2%), but we sort it within 48 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 3–5 business days. Perth and Adelaide: 5–8 days. Regional and remote areas: 7–14 days.
Can I pay with Afterpay, Zip or PayPal?
Yes, all three. A $500 printer works out to four payments of $125 with Afterpay or four payments of $125 with PayPal Pay in 4. Zip offers up to 12 months.
Is 3D printing safe indoors?
PLA filament is safe with good ventilation. ABS and resin printing release fumes and should be used in a ventilated area or with an enclosure. Follow the printer's recommendations.
