Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide from our warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with free shipping on 80% of the products. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives — and how to reach us if you have a question before you buy.
Order processing and dispatch
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 business day. During busy periods this can take up to 2 business days. Because we process a high volume of orders with a largely automated system, we're usually unable to change or stop an order once it's been placed — so please double-check your item, options and delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake straight away, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Delivery timeframes
Once your order is dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. As a general guide, most metro areas receive their order within a few business days of dispatch, while regional and remote areas can take longer. We're currently unable to offer express or air freight. Delivery timeframes are estimates and aren't guaranteed, but if your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details by email. Most carriers provide an estimated delivery date through their own tracking page once the parcel is scanned into their network.
Free transit insurance
For your peace of mind, every order is covered by free transit insurance. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll guide you through the claims process and arrange a resolution.
Bulky items over 22kg and postcode restrictions
Some larger items — those over 22kg in actual or cubic weight — can't be delivered to every postcode due to carrier restrictions. There are also a small number of remote postcodes we're currently unable to ship certain items to. If you live in a regional or remote area, or you're ordering a large or heavy item, please contact us with your postcode before ordering so we can confirm delivery and any freight cost.
Buy now, pay later cancellations
If you cancel an order paid through a buy now, pay later provider (such as Afterpay, Zip or Klarna), a cancellation fee may apply, as some providers don't refund merchant fees. We only ever pass on the amount we're charged — nothing more.
