You can now shop for any coffee machine with Afterpay. Afterpay is an interest-free payment choice that allows you to shop now and pay it off in four fortnightly payments.

You can have up to 3 coffee machine orders on the go with Afterpay at any one time.

For a coffee machine Refund, you need to log onto the Afterpay Merchant Portal via the Afterpay system:

1. Login to the Merchant Portal.

2. Click on the coffee machine order.

3. View your order details and then press the Issue Refund option.

4. Enter the Refund Amount and your password.

5. Press the Issue Refund button.

For this, you have to make installment payments on time. If you miss your installment at a time, then your Afterpay account will be frozen, and you will be no longer take advantage of our Afterpay services.

You can unlock your Afterpay account in the following ways:

1. Try resetting your Afterpay account password via Forgot Your Password option at login, and then follow the prompts. Keep relaxed and give us a minute to send you an SMS. If you change your password frequently too many times then you'll raise a big red flag.

2. You must ensure that you have enough funds available on your nominated card for the first payment at the time of checkout.
