What is a mattress in a box?
A mattress in a box is a vacuum-packed mattress compressed for delivery. It ships in a smaller carton, fits through doorways, and expands fully over 24-72 hours. Whether listed as mattress is a box or mattress on box, same product. Memory foam, pocket spring and hybrid mattresses all ship this way.
How do I choose mattress firmness?
Firmness depends on sleeping position and body weight. Side sleepers under 70kg suit soft (1-3). Most people land on medium (4-6) — side, back and combination sleepers. Back/stomach sleepers, heavier weights, and lower back issues need firm (7-9). A mattress with foam comfort layer adds pressure relief. A folding mattress in medium works for guest rooms.

Will it fit my bed frame?
Storage beds cap at around 28cm mattress thickness. A king size mattress needs a king bed frame — not a queen. Mattress base slat spacing should be no more than 7.5cm apart. What most mattress sites won't admit
Almost every online mattress sold in Australia is imported from China, Vietnam, Malaysia or Indonesia — including ours. The real difference isn't where it's made. It's what happens after it lands. Marketplaces dropship straight from overseas containers. We import in bulk, hold stock in our Australian warehouses, and ship from there.
The other thing: a "10-year warranty" usually only covers manufacturing defects. Body impressions under 3cm aren't covered. Read it before you buy.
When are the best mattress sales?
