Will a trundle bed fit under my existing bed?
Most trundle beds are 25-30cm tall when stored. Your main bed frame needs at least 30cm of clearance from the floor to the bottom of the bed base. Measure before ordering. Storage beds and gas lift beds usually don't have trundle clearance.

What Most Furniture Sites Won't Admit
Almost every trundle bed sold online in Australia is imported from China or Vietnam — including ours. We import in bulk, hold stock in our Australian warehouses, and ship from there.
Second truth: castor wheels are the part that fails first on trundle beds. Cheap units use plastic castors that crack under load after 1-2 years. Quality trundle beds use rubber or polyurethane castors rated for 50kg per wheel. Lockable castors stop the trundle rolling out during sleep — most cheap units skip the lock.
