Indoor crate or outdoor kennel for daytime?

An indoor crate suits small to medium dogs that are house-trained and comfortable being inside while you're at work — it gives them a calm space and stops them chewing furniture. An outdoor kennel suits larger dogs or those that prefer the yard, but it must be weatherproof, shaded, and have access to water. Most experienced owners use both: a crate inside for night-time and unsupervised hours, and access to the yard during the day. Whichever you choose, size matters more than features. The crate or kennel should let the dog stand fully, turn around, and lie down with legs stretched — nothing more, nothing less.

What if my dog destroys a toy quickly?
Toys are not warranty-covered against destruction by chewing — that is normal use. For power chewers, look specifically at toys rated for heavy chewing; soft plush and squeaky toys are not designed for it.

How long does delivery take?
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 3–5 business days. Perth and Adelaide: 5–8 days. Regional and remote areas: 7–14 days.

Can I pay with Afterpay, Zip or PayPal?
Yes, all three. A $200 dog setup works out to four payments of $50 with Afterpay, four payments of $50 with PayPal Pay in 4, or roughly $17 a month with Zip over 12 months. Klarna is also available.
