What lamp do I need?

Match the lamp to the room and task. Floor lamps light corners and reading nooks (150-180cm tall). Table lamps sit on bedside tables and desks (35-60cm). Pendant lights hang over dining tables and kitchen benches. Every room needs layered lighting — one main light plus 2-3 secondary lamps.

How much do lamps cost in Australia?

Basic table and desk lamps start from $30. Mid-range floor lamps and pendant lights sit between $80–$220. Designer feature lamps go $250–$500. We dispatch within 1–2 business days from our Australian warehouses.

What most lighting sites won't admit

Almost every lamp sold online in Australia is imported from China, Vietnam or Malaysia — including ours. The real difference isn't where they're made; it's what happens after they land. Marketplaces dropship straight from overseas containers, which is why "fast delivery" turns into six weeks. We import in bulk, hold stock across our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane warehouses, and ship from there.

The other thing nobody mentions: cheap LED bulbs have poor colour rendering (CRI). A CRI under 80 makes your food look grey and your skin look sallow. Look for CRI 80+ (marked on the box) — it's a small extra cost but the room looks completely different. This matters most in kitchens, dining rooms and bathrooms.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace or refund under our 12-month warranty. Transit damage is more common with ceramic and glass — we sort replacements within 48 hours.

How long does delivery take?
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 3–5 business days. Perth and Adelaide: 5–8 days. Regional and remote areas: 7–14 days.

Can I pay with Afterpay, Zip or PayPal?
Yes, all three. A $200 lamp works out to four payments of $50 with Afterpay or four payments of $50 with PayPal Pay in 4. Zip offers up to 12 months.

Do lamps come with bulbs?
Some do, some don't — check the product page. LED bulbs are cheap ($3–$10 each) and often not included to keep shipping costs down.
