The other thing nobody mentions: UV block percentage. "UV resistant" means nothing specific. What matters is the UV block rating. Under 85% still lets significant UV through. 90-95% is standard for quality shade sails. 98%+ is commercial grade. If sun protection is your goal, check the actual UV block percentage not just the label.
