The other thing nobody mentions: algae growth. Every outdoor fountain grows algae within 2-3 weeks in Australian sun. Green water is the number one complaint. Solar fountains are worst because they stop circulating at night when algae grows fastest. Add fountain algaecide weekly or place the fountain in partial shade.

Contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace or refund under our 12-month warranty. Transit damage is rare (under 2%), but we sort it within 48 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 3–5 business days. Perth and Adelaide: 5–8 days. Regional and remote areas: 7–14 days.
Can I pay with Afterpay, Zip or PayPal?
Yes, all three. A $80 fountain works out to four payments of $20 with Afterpay or four payments of $20 with PayPal Pay in 4. Zip offers up to 12 months.
What's the warranty?
12 months on manufacturing defects. Plus 15-day returns on unopened items in original packaging.
