What size sofa do I need?
Match the sofa size to your living room width and household size. Standard Australian sizes:

Will it fit through my front door?
Measure your front door, hallway turns and lift before ordering anything 200cm or wider. Most flat-pack sofas (including most of our Artiss range) ship in compact boxes that fit through a standard 80cm doorway. Pre-assembled pieces don't.

What frame should I look for?
The frame matters more than the fabric because it's what dies first. Hardwood frames last 15+ years. Kiln-dried pine (most of our sofas) lasts 10-15 years. Plywood lasts 8-12 years. Particleboard sags within 2-4 years — avoid it for daily use.
What most furniture sites won't admit
Almost every online sofa sold in Australia is imported from China, Vietnam, Malaysia or Indonesia — including ours. The real difference between online furniture retailers isn't where the sofa is made. It's what happens after it lands in Australia. Marketplaces dropship straight from overseas containers, which is why "fast delivery" turns into six weeks. We import in bulk, hold stock across our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane warehouses, and ship from there. Same imported product, completely different buying experience.

Will my sofa fabric match the product photo exactly?
Close but not always identical. Fabric is dyed in batches that drift slightly in colour between production runs. Stick to forgiving tones (mid-grey, charcoal, navy) if exact matching matters.
Are flat-pack sofas as good as pre-assembled?
Yes. Same frames. Just vacuum-packed cushions and 25 minutes of assembly with two people.
How long does delivery take?
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 3-5 business days. Perth and Adelaide: 5-8 days. Regional and remote areas: 7-14 days.
Can I pay with Afterpay, Zip or PayPal?
Yes, all three. A $1,000 sofa works out to four payments of $250 with Afterpay, roughly $85 a month with Zip over 12 months, or four payments of $250 with PayPal Pay in 4.
What's the warranty?
12 months on manufacturing defects. Plus 30-day returns on unassembled sofas in original packaging.

A sofa anchors the room but doesn't furnish it alone. Three pieces most buyers add at the same time: a coffee table roughly two-thirds the length of your sofa, a rug that extends past the front legs of the sofa, and a TV unit low enough that the screen sits at eye level when seated.
