The other thing nobody mentions: bar length vs job. A 10-inch bar cuts logs up to 8 inches diameter (two passes). A 16-inch bar handles 14-inch logs. Buying too long a bar adds weight and vibration with no benefit for small jobs. Match the bar to the biggest log you'll actually cut, not the biggest you might cut one day.

Contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace or refund under our 12-month warranty. Transit damage is rare (under 2%), but we sort it within 48 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 3–5 business days. Perth and Adelaide: 5–8 days. Regional and remote areas: 7–14 days.
Can I pay with Afterpay, Zip or PayPal?
Yes, all three. A $120 chainsaw works out to four payments of $30 with Afterpay or four payments of $30 with PayPal Pay in 4. Zip offers up to 12 months.
What's the warranty?
12 months on manufacturing defects. Plus 15-day returns on unopened items in original packaging.
