2 seater or 3 seater — which should I choose?
The choice comes down to room width and how many people use the sofa. A 2 seater sofa is roughly 140–180cm wide and seats two adults comfortably; it suits apartments, smaller living rooms and second seating in a larger room. A 3 seater sofa is roughly 190–220cm wide and seats three, and is the standard choice for a main living room. As a guide, leave at least 30–40cm of clear wall either side of the sofa so the room does not feel crowded. If your living room is under 3.5m wide, a 2 seater plus an armchair often works better than forcing in a 3 seater.
What size sofa fits my living room?
Measure the wall the sofa will sit against, then subtract about 80cm so the sofa is not wall-to-wall. Also measure your front door, hallway and any turns or lifts before ordering — a 3 seater is the piece most likely to not fit through a doorway. Many of our sofas ship flat-packed in boxes that pass through a standard 80cm doorway, with the legs and cushions attached on site; pre-assembled sofas do not, so check the product page.
What sofa material is best for everyday use?
The best material depends on the household, and this is where the frame matters as much as the cover. Fabric sofas are the most comfortable and the widest choice, and performance-grade fabric handles kids and pets well. Velvet looks rich but shows marks and is harder to clean. Faux leather wipes clean easily and suits homes with young children. Genuine leather lasts the longest — 15 years or more — but costs more upfront. Whatever the cover, check the frame: kiln-dried hardwood lasts longest, plywood is solid, and particleboard frames sag within a few years of daily use.

Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund under the 12-month warranty. Transit damage is uncommon with flat-pack sofas, and we work to resolve any claim quickly.
Sofa, couch or lounge — are they the same thing?
Yes. The three words mean the same piece of furniture in Australia. "Lounge" is older Australian usage, "couch" is everyday speech, and "sofa" is the term most manufacturers use.
How long does delivery take?
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 3–5 business days. Perth and Adelaide: 5–8 days. Regional and remote areas: 7–14 days.
Can I pay with Afterpay, Zip or PayPal?
Yes, all three. A $400 sofa works out to four payments of $100 with Afterpay, four payments of $100 with PayPal Pay in 4, or roughly $34 a month with Zip over 12 months. Klarna is also available.
