CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

You have 30 days to return your items (some exclusions apply) for a refund or an exchange as long as the item is returned in a saleable condition with the original proof of purchase. The refund will be processed using your original payment method and a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply.
By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn't been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals and accessories are included.
If you can't provide proof of purchase we will be unable to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Special order items (this may include items marked out of stock at the time of order) are excluded.

Any goods received Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Early Life Failure (ELF) must be reported within the first the first 14days from successful delivery to the manufacturer add/or to us with their accompanying support or case number. Goods should be received to the warehouse within 2 weeks from APPROVED return authorisation, unless previously arranged.
Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse.

IN WARRANTY PERIOD

Goods outside of DOA/ELF are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions for repair/ replacement. Your goods are required to go back to the manufacture for assessment and replacement. Contact us and you will be replied with the fastest option to have this repaired or replaced. You will be given a repair number and any updates as available.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for goods to be repaired.
The buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to the seller. The seller will return the unit at their cost to an Australian address.

Please take care when placing orders. Customer service is our highest priority however we process large volumes of orders every day and due to the nature of our automation in most cases we are unable to stop an order shipping once the order is placed.

Cancellations of "pay over time" orders may incur a cancellation fee as some providers do not refund merchant fees. We only charge the amount we are charged.

For your protection we offer free transit insurance on all orders. Should your item arrive damaged please let us know so we can provide you with the claims procedure.

Returns of larger items can be very expensive so please choose carefully. We are here to help with any questions you may have prior to ordering.

Due to some carrier restrictions there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please do not place an order if you are located in one of the postcodes below for all items. We try to ship all orders within 1 business day however it can take up to 3 business days.
