The HC-VX1 4K Camcorder. employs an f/1.8-f/4 24x Leica Dicomar zoom, and a back-illuminated 1/2.5" MOS sensor for optimal imaging, even at lower light levels. The HC-VX1 captures 4K video up to 30 fps, Full HD video at rates up to 1080p60, and up to 26MP still photos. A wireless Multi-Camera feature enables you to record up to three camera angles at once, using one or two smartphones as your additional cameras. The HC-VX1's 24x optical zoom lens features a 25 to 600mm 35mm-equivalent focal length, and a 32x Intelligent Zoom in 4K, expanding to 48x in HD. For steadier handheld shooting, the HC-VX1 features three optical stabilizer technologies, including Panasonic's Hybrid OIS+, Ball OIS, and Adaptive OIS.

An Active Contrast feature smooths out gradations in high-contrast scenes, and an HDR Movie mode provides a wider dynamic range for more lifelike reproductions. Additional HC-VX1 features include integrated Wi-Fi, a 3" touchscreen LCD display, SD/SDHC/SDXC recording, and multiple creative effects modes. The Panasonic HC-VX1 features an integrated 5.1-channel, wind-shielded zooming microphone for optimal audio capture.

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, once your order progresses it may be too late to cancel. However, once you’ve received your order, you can return your purchase within 14 days, provided your return is in accordance with our returns policy.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once you submit your order we get to work straight away getting it ready for you, unfortunately this means we are unable to amend the delivery address once your order is submitted with us. We only ship to address indicated in the PayPal record.

What will happen if I miss the delivery?

If our couriers can find your address but you aren’t there, don’t stress, you will receive a post office card with all the information you’ll need to go down to your local post office to pick up your order at a time that suits you.
Your order will remain waiting for you at your local post office for 10 days before being sent back to our warehouse. If your order is not collected within that time, re-delivery charges will apply.

Absolutely. Warranty is 12 - 24 months (dependent upon manufacturer) back-to-base official Australian warranty (Refurbished products excepted - 6 months). We are among the few on-line suppliers with direct accounts with the Australian distributors of leading digital brands, including Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, Pentax just to name a few. Warranty

Simple Deals generally offer a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period. Please notify Simple Deals within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, we ask you to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty or return process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return an item without our approval. We will issue you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) that will include an address for shipping. We ship from multiple warehouses so please do not return an item to the address on the parcel. Please take care when placing orders. Customer service is our highest priority however we process large volumes of orders every day and due to the nature of our automation in most cases we are unable to stop an order shipping once the order is placed.

Cancellations of "pay over time" orders may incur a cancellation fee as some providers do not refund merchant fees. We only charge the amount we are charged.

For your protection we offer free transit insurance on all orders. Should your item arrive damaged please let us know so we can provide you with the claims procedure.

We try to ship all orders within 1 business day however it can take up to 3 business days. (This is more common in peak periods) Once you receive your tracking information most courier tracking sites will provide an ETA for delivery.
