As this is a natural product, slight variations in flavor or color may occur. Our honey is rated using the MGO system, which stands for Methyglyoxal, and is lab tested to determine its activity and potency. The higher the MGO number, the higher the antibacterial activity.

The best way to enjoy this high strength Australian Manuka Honey is right off the spoon. It's best not to add it to hot water but to take a teaspoon and avoid eating or drinking anything up to 1/2 hour either side of taking this honey. Try to leave it in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing to allow all the wonderful properties to be absorbed through the mucus membrane in your mouth. It is important to avoid exposure to high heat to protect the natural properties.

This honey comes in a premium glass screw top jar of 125g and 300g. Please be careful when opening the jar for the first time as the shape of the lid can sometimes remove all or part of the heat seal. Please be assured that the heat seal was checked at the bottling stage to ensure it was completely sealed.

Please note that due to its high MGO strength, this honey should not be given to infants under 12 months old. This honey can be shipped to Western Australia, and a certificate will accompany this strength of honey when it is shipped to WA to allow an efficient clearance through Quarantine.

Refunds generally take up to 2 working days to process, upon receipt of returned goods (unless advised by us a return is not required) and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days for your financial institution to process it. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. Where an order is custom made the item is NON-RETURNABLE unless supplied incorrectly by us or has a manufacturing defect / warranty issue.
